Light cream and egg white both go into this gin fizz alongside the usual lemon and sugar, building a texture that's noticeably silkier and frothier than a standard fizz manages. Two thickeners doing the same job might sound redundant, but the result is soft enough to justify the name. Topped with soda water and served over ice.
Ingredients
- Gin2 oz
- Light Cream2 tsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- LemonJuice of 1/2
- Egg White1
- Club Soda
Instructions
Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass over two ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.
