About Pour Bears

Pour Bears started the way most good bar carts do: with too many bottles, not enough plans for them, and a running argument about what actually goes well together.

We built this site to solve a very specific problem - staring at a half-stocked bar wondering what we could actually make with it, instead of scrolling through recipes that call for three ingredients nobody owns. So we pulled together a library of classics, dug up the stories behind the ones worth knowing, and started tossing in our own creations along the way (see: The Bear Recipes, for better or worse).

No accounts, no ads, no nonsense - just a fast way to figure out what's shakeable, stirrable, or pourable right now, plus a shopping list for whatever's missing next time.
