Brandy and port both build into an egg yolk here, shaken hard to properly emulsify into something thick and velvety, almost dessert-like by the time it's strained up. Two fortified, fruit-forward spirits combine for real depth -- traditionally finished with a dusting of nutmeg on top.

Instructions
Shake ingredients together in a mixer with ice. Strain into glass, garnish and serve.
