Brandy's answer to the Sidecar, pairing cognac with triple sec and lemon juice in a stripped-down build that lets the brandy's fruit and oak actually show through instead of getting buried in sweetener. Crisper and less indulgent than a Brandy Alexander, it's shaken hard and served up for anyone who wants their brandy cocktail to still taste like brandy.
Ingredients

- Triple Sec0.5 oz
- Lemon Juice1 tblsp
Instructions
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.
