Orange curacao and lime juice meet gin here, with both Angostura and orange bitters layered in for real depth. Invented in the 2000s at New York's Pegu Club -- itself named after a colonial-era British gentlemen's club in Burma -- it's widely credited with helping kick off the whole craft cocktail revival. Balanced, citrus-forward, and still a modern staple. Shaken and served up.
