🥃 Serve in: Collins Glass
Gin meets cherry brandy, Benedictine, and triple sec here, along with pineapple and lime juice, a touch of grenadine, and a dash of bitters -- a famous, elaborate classic invented in the early 1900s at Singapore's Raffles Hotel. Its complex, multi-layered build reflects the colonial-era cocktail culture of the grand hotel bars of Southeast Asia. Sweet, fruity, and tropical, it remains a bucket-list order for visitors to Singapore to this day. Served tall over ice in a Collins glass.
Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge skewered with a maraschino cherry.
