🥃 Serve in: Cocktail Glass
Gin, lemon juice, and maraschino liqueur make up this Prohibition-era classic -- creme de violette traditionally went in too for that famous pale purple-blue tint, though most modern pours, this one included, leave it out. Dry, faintly floral, and citrus-forward, it's named for the golden age of air travel it debuted alongside. The maraschino's almond-cherry-pit character rounds out gin's own botanicals -- a menu staple that genuinely rewards using a good gin.
Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
