Elderflower liqueur's delicate sweetness and maraschino liqueur's almond-cherry note both get added to the usual gin, lemon, and soda combination here -- a floral twist on the classic Tom Collins. Lighter and more perfumed than a standard Collins, it's a great warm-weather sipper. That combination of two liqueurs gives it real complexity despite its tall, refreshing format. Served over ice in a Collins glass, topped with soda.

- Elderflower Liqueur0.5 oz

- Club Soda1 oz
Instructions
Shake the first five ingredients with ice, then strain into an ice-filled glass while pouring in soda water. Garnish with elderflowers or a lemon wheel.
