🥃 Serve in: Highball Glass
Aged, anejo-style rum gets lengthened here with ginger beer, brightened with lime juice and orange curacao, and tied together with a dash of bitters. It lands somewhere between a Dark 'n' Stormy and a Mojito -- rum-forward but genuinely effervescent and easy-drinking. A great showcase for how well-aged rum holds up outside an Old Fashioned-style sipper. Served over ice in a tall glass, refreshing without losing the spirit's caramel-oak character.
Shake the rum, curaçao, lime juice, and bitters with ice, then strain into a glass half-filled with ginger beer over ice. Top with the remaining ginger beer and garnish with orange and lime wheels.
