Grape juice takes the place of soda water in this vodka Collins, giving it an unusual, faintly wine-like sweetness that sets it apart from the rest of the Collins family. Lemon juice keeps it from tipping too sugary, and an orange slice finishes the look. A genuinely different spin on a very familiar format.
Ingredients
- Vodka1.5 oz
- Lemon Juice3 oz
- Grape Juice3 oz unsweetened
- Sugar1 tsp
- Orange1 slice
Instructions
Shake all ingredients (except orange slice) with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes. Add the slice of orange and serve.
