Canadian whisky meets Fernet Branca's intensely bitter, minty edge here, sweetened with maple syrup and finished with Angostura bitters and a touch of water -- a modern Canadian classic. That maple syrup rounds out Fernet's medicinal bitterness into something genuinely balanced. Rich and bittersweet, a great showcase for both Canadian whisky and Fernet. Stirred and served up in a coupe.
Ingredients

- Bitters1 dash
- Water0.5 oz
Instructions
Stir all ingredients with ice, then fine strain into a chilled coupe. Express an orange zest twist over the drink and discard, then garnish with a maraschino cherry.
