Tawny port's nutty, dried-fruit sweetness gets added to bourbon and real maple syrup here, finished with aromatic bitters -- a rich twist on the classic Old Fashioned. That port gives it a deeper, more complex sweetness than a standard sugar-based Old Fashioned. Stirred and served over a large rock, a great cold-weather variation for whiskey drinkers who enjoy port.

Instructions
