Dark rum meets Campari's bitter orange bite here, with creme de banane's tropical sweetness and a top of pineapple and lime juice rounding things out. The banana liqueur and Campari make for an unusual but genuinely well-balanced combination of tropical sweetness and Italian bitterness. Named after the Australian bird, it's a playful modern pour. Served over ice in a Collins glass.
