- Gold Rum2 oz
- Lime Juice0.5 oz
- Simple Syrup0.5 oz
Instructions
Scoop the flesh from three passion fruit halves into a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice, then fine strain into a chilled coupe. Float the remaining passion fruit half as garnish.
