A minimalist take on the Gin and Tonic here, using just gin, tonic water, and a lemon peel twist over ice rather than the usual lime wedge. That lemon peel gives it a slightly different citrus aromatic than the classic lime garnish. Simple, refreshing, and endlessly reliable -- proof the G&T doesn't need much tweaking to work. Served over ice in a highball glass.

Instructions
Fill a highball glass with ice, pour the gin, top with tonic water and squeeze a lemon wedge and garnish with a lemon wedge.
