🥃 Serve in: Highball Glass
Campari's bittersweet orange bite meets a generous pour of fresh orange juice here, with just a touch of sugar syrup for balance -- a simple Italian aperitivo named after the unifier of Italy. It's a lighter, juicier alternative to a Negroni or Americano. Best made with fresh-squeezed orange juice rather than store-bought for a proper bright, unsweetened base. Served over ice in a highball glass.
Blend the fresh orange juice at high speed without ice until frothy. Pour the bitter liqueur, sugar syrup and half the juice into a glass over ice and stir, then top with more ice and the remaining frothy juice. Garnish with an orange wedge.
