Elderflower Caipirinha

Elderflower cordial's delicate sweetness gets added to the usual muddled lime and cachaca here, softening cachaca's grassy funk into something more approachable for newcomers. Refreshing and aromatic, it's a genuinely good warm-weather variation on the Brazilian classic. Served over ice in a Collins glass.
Ingredients
- Cachaca2 oz
- Lime1
- Elderflower Cordial1 oz
Instructions
Take the glass and muddle the lime in it. Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the Cachaca. Stir well and top with some more crushed ice. Garnish with lime and enjoy!
