Blueberry Sparkler
🥁EServe in: Rocks Glass
Muddled blueberries give this gin sparkler its deep purple hue and a burst of fresh berry sweetness, brightened by a half-ounce of lemon juice and lifted with a splash of club soda. Double-straining after the shake keeps stray skins out of the glass, so what lands in the rocks glass is smooth and effervescent rather than pulpy. A simple, refreshing gin highball built for berry season. Add a little simple syrup if you want to sweeten it up a bit.
