🥃 Serve in: Coupe Glass

Gin meets lemon juice here in the same family as a Whiskey Sour, but built with orgeat's nutty sweetness in place of plain sugar and finished with a couple drops of saline solution instead of salt. Named for its long-standing popularity at American military academy bars. That almond-and-orange-flower orgeat gives it a softer, more aromatic sweetness than a standard sour. A great introduction to how orgeat can transform a simple gin drink.
