Peach schnapps meets vodka here, along with cranberry juice and a dash of peach bitters -- a fruity 1980s vodka classic. Sweet and easy-drinking, it became a nightclub staple during the same era as the Sex on the Beach and Fuzzy Navel. Simple to make with just a shake and pour. Served over ice in a rocks glass.
