🥃 Serve in: Collins Glass
Peach schnapps meets vodka here, along with orange, pineapple, and cranberry juice, plus a touch of Chambord's raspberry sweetness -- a fruity 1980s classic. Its playful name and vibrant, layered colors made it a nightclub and beach-bar sensation upon its debut. Sweet and tropical, it remains one of the most recognizable cocktails from the era. Served over ice in a Collins glass.
Shake the peach schnapps, orange juice, and pineapple juice with ice, then strain into an ice-filled glass as the base layer. Separately shake the vodka, cranberry juice, and black raspberry liqueur with ice and strain on top to float. Serve with a stirrer and garnish with an orange slice.
