Vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice, and fresh lime all get shaken until frosty and strained up for that signature pink color. Several bartenders have staked a claim to refining the modern recipe out of 1970s and '80s American bar culture, but it took a recurring TV role in the late '90s to make it a household name. Tart, a little sweet, and unmistakably photogenic -- still the order for anyone who wants their vodka cocktail to carry some personality.
Ingredients
- Vodka1 1/4 oz
- Lime Juice1/4 oz
- Triple Sec1/4 oz
- Cranberry Juice1/4 cup
Instructions
Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and double strain into large cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wheel.
