Triple sec and pineapple juice turn gin tropical and sweet here, named after the famous Hawaiian beach even though rum usually gets the vacation-cocktail assignment. Shaken hard and poured up, it's breezy, easy-drinking, and entirely unbothered by the fact that gin isn't the usual tiki choice.

- Triple Sec3/4 oz
- Gin3/4 oz
- Pineapple Juice1 tblsp
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
