Vodka Tonic

A minimalist Vodka Tonic here, finished with a lemon peel twist instead of the usual lime wedge. Light, crisp, and refreshing, it's a good neutral alternative to a Gin and Tonic -- there's little technique involved beyond a good pour over ice. Served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- Vodka1.5 oz
- Tonic Water3.5 oz
- Lemon Peel1 Slice
Instructions
Wash and cut 1 wedge and 1 slice of lime or lemon. Fill a tumbler with fresh ice. Pour the desired dose of vodka and top up with the tonic. Squeeze the lime wedge into the glass and decorate with the slice. That's all, very simple: it's just the recipe for happiness!
