Long vodka

Lime and a few dashes of Angostura bitters slip into vodka and tonic here, adding a layer of aromatic complexity that a standard Vodka Tonic skips entirely. Light and easy-drinking, but with just enough extra going on to make it worth the small detour. Served over ice.
Ingredients
- Vodka1.75 oz
- Lime1/2
- Bitters4 dashes
- Tonic Water3.5 oz Schweppes
- Ice4
Instructions
Shake a tall glass with ice cubes and Angostura, coating the inside of the glass. Por the vodka onto this, add 1 slice of lime and squeeze juice out of remainder, mix with tonic, stir and voila you have a Long Vodka
