🥃 Serve in: Collins Glass
Lemon juice and sugar get lengthened with soda water over ice, garnished with a cherry and orange slice -- gin's answer to the Collins format, and arguably the drink that made the format famous in the first place. Refreshing, effervescent, and about as reliable a warm-weather order as gin has to offer.
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass alomst filled with ice cubes. Add the club soda. Stir and garnish with the cherry and the orange slice.
