Advocaat's eggy richness gets lightened way up with cold lemonade here, fizzy and sweet in a way that made it a British holiday staple back when advocaat actually saw regular use. Nostalgic more than sophisticated, and easy-drinking despite how rich advocaat is on its own. Served over ice, lemon slice included.
Ingredients
- Advocaat1.5 oz
- Lemonade8-10 oz cold
- Lemon1 slice
- Icecubes
Instructions
Place one ice cube in the glass and add 1 1/2 oz of Advocaat. Fill up the glass with lemonade and decorate with a slice of lemon. Serve at once.
