🥃 Serve in: Champagne Flute
Equal parts Champagne and orange juice, nothing more complicated than that. It was dreamed up at the Ritz Hotel in Paris in the 1920s, and its bright, bubbly simplicity has kept it on brunch menus everywhere since. Freshly squeezed orange juice makes a real difference here -- the only technique this drink actually asks for.
Ensure both ingredients are well chilled, then mix into the glass. Serve cold.
