Light rum and blended whiskey share the base here, with lemon and sugar getting topped off by soda water for a fizz that doesn't have to pick a side. Two spirits gives it more depth than a standard single-spirit fizz manages, citrusy and effervescent enough to work for whichever camp you're in.
Ingredients
- Light Rum0.5 oz
- Whiskey1.5 oz
- LemonJuice of 1/2
- Sugar1 tsp
- Club Soda
Instructions
Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.
