Coffee Liqueur cocktail in a Collins Glass

Coffee Liqueur

Vodka Homemade Liqueur Alcoholic

🥃 Serve in: Collins Glass

This is the DIY route to something like Kahlua: brewed coffee, vanilla extract, and sugar steeped patiently into a vodka base until it turns into a genuine homemade liqueur. It takes longer than buying a bottle, but the payoff is a fresher, less syrupy result you can tune to your own sweetness and coffee intensity. A project more than a drink -- though it works fine sipped on its own too.
