The Bahama Daddy takes the tropical playbook of a Bahama Mama and turns it up; grenadine sinks to the bottom for that sunset-in-a-glass look, then a shaken blend of Bumbu rum, Malibu, and banana liqueur with coconut cream, orange, and pineapple juice gets poured right over it. - Malibu Rum1 oz
- Banana Liqueur1 oz
- Coconut creamtablespoon
- Pineapple Juice1 oz
- Orange Juice1oz
- Grenadine0.5 oz
Instructions
Similar to a Bahama Mama. Start by putting the grenadine in the class and pour in some ice. Put the Bumbu, Malibu and banana liqueur in a shaker with the coconut cream, orange juice, pineapple juice and ice. Shake until chilled pour over the ice and garnish with an umbrella and a maraschino cherry. Pour. Sip. and Repeat.
