This Kitchen is for Dancing
🥁EServe in: Cocktail Glass
This Kitchen Is for Dancing pairs gin with a healthy pour of fresh orange juice, then works in sambuca's anise sweetness and dry vermouth's herbal snap so it doesn't turn into orange juice with gin in it. Shaken hard and strained into a chilled glass, it drinks bright and citrus-forward up front, with black licorice notes and a dry, savory finish trailing behind. It's an unlikely combination on paper Ean Orange Julius that wandered into a martini bar Ebut the vermouth keeps the sweetness from both the OJ and sambuca in check. Garnish with an orange peel if you want the aromatics up front, and put something with a beat on; the name isn't subtle about what it wants from you.
