Melon liqueur's fruity sweetness meets gin here, with orange bitters and a dash of lemon juice underneath and a Prosecco top for real effervescence. That melon liqueur gives it an unusual, fruit-forward dimension well beyond a standard gin sour. Light, bubbly, and more than a little playful. Served in a Margarita glass.

Instructions
Add all the spirits in a shaker (best to use Hendricks gin) as well as the orange bitters and lemon juice. Strain into a Margarita glass, top with Prosecco.
