Tequila Fizz

Lemon juice and grenadine work into tequila here, egg white gives it a silky top, and ginger ale finishes the whole thing with a spicy kick most fizzes don't bother chasing. That combination of tequila and ginger sets it apart from the standard fizz format -- light, effervescent, and a little more adventurous than most tequila drinks get credit for.
Ingredients
- Tequila2 oz
- Lemon Juice1 tblsp
- Grenadine3/4 oz
- Egg White1
- Ginger Ale
Instructions
Shake all ingredients (except ginger ale) with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes. Fill with ginger ale, stir, and serve.
