A whole egg and a splash of cola both go into this gin fizz alongside the usual sweet-and-sour mix -- the cola is the unexpected part, giving it a sweeter, more caramelized finish than a standard Gin Fizz ever gets to. Light and effervescent despite carrying more richness than the format usually asks for.
Ingredients
- Gin1 oz
- Sweet and Sour Mix2 oz
- Egg1 whole
- Cola
Instructions
Shake all ingredients (except cola) with ice and strain into a chilled collins glass. Fill with cola and serve.
