Ingredients
- Vanilla Vodka2 oz
- Amaretto0.5 oz
- Blue Curacao0.25 oz
- Pistachio Liqueur0.75 oz
Instructions
Shake the vodka, amaretto and curaçao with ice, then strain back into the shaker. Add the pistachio liqueur and dry shake (without ice) to emulsify, then fine strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with a scoop of pistachio gelato as garnish.
