Three different overproof and gold rums layer together here, joined by falernum, cinnamon syrup, pink grapefruit and lime juice, a dash of absinthe, and Angostura bitters, thickened with a touch of xanthan gum -- an elaborate, high-proof tiki classic. Its complex, layered build represents tiki cocktail-making at its most ambitious, with each ingredient adding a distinct note to the whole. Strong, spiced, and citrus-forward, a favorite among serious tiki enthusiasts. Best approached with caution given its considerable spirit content.

Instructions
Blend the rums, falernum, cinnamon syrup, juices, absinthe and bitters without ice on a slow speed, then blend in the xanthan gum. Add crushed ice and blend briefly, then pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with a skewered cherry and serve with a straw.
