Green creme de menthe and creme de cacao both get a splash of light cream here, pale green and unmistakably mint-chocolate in flavor. More after-dinner treat than spirit-forward drink, it's stayed a nostalgic favorite since the mid-20th century -- sweet, smooth, and a genuine stand-in for dessert.
Ingredients
- Creme De Menthe (green)3/4 oz
- Creme De Cacao3/4 oz white
- Light Cream3/4 oz
Instructions
Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake briskly and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
