🥃 Serve in: Collins Glass
Campari and sweet vermouth get lengthened with soda water and finished with twists of both lemon and orange peel -- the Negroni's lighter, gin-free ancestor, built to open an appetite rather than close out a night. Named for the American expats who made it popular in Italy in the early 1900s, it's a classic warm-weather sipper best taken slowly, patio required.
Pour the Campari and vermouth over ice into glass, add a splash of soda water and garnish with half orange slice.
