Mezcal stands in for gin here and pineapple joins lime juice alongside Green Chartreuse and maraschino liqueur -- a tropical, smoky riff on the Last Word. Its name translates to "the last word" in Spanish, a nod to its inspiration. Herbal, smoky, and fruity all at once, a great modern variation for mezcal fans. Shaken and served up in a coupe.
Ingredients

- Green Chartreuse1 oz
- Maraschino Liqueur1 oz
- Pineapple Juice1 oz
- Lime Juice1 oz
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice, then fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a thyme sprig.
