Baileys and white creme de menthe both get a splash of extra cream here, minty and chocolatey in equal measure. Sweet and smooth with a cool finish that cuts nicely against all that richness -- built for the after-dinner hour, not before.
Ingredients
- Irish Cream1 oz
- White Creme De Menthe3/4 oz
- Cream3/4 oz double
Instructions
If available, rim cocktail (Martini) glass with sugar syrup then dip into chocolate flakes or powder. Add ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake well then strain into cocktail glass.
