Kahlua's coffee sweetness, Baileys' Irish cream, and Grand Marnier's orange-cognac finish stack into three distinct layers here, meant to be sipped through in stages rather than shot back all at once. Named for a World War II bomber, it became a nightclub fixture in the 1970s purely on the strength of its striped presentation -- clean layers take a careful hand and a steady pour over the back of a spoon.
